Get Ready For The Real Perfect Version of Yourself
So here we are. If you really want to get your brain revved up and turned on then look no further, Advanced Meditation will do just that. I'll warn you right now, this will be a relatively long post, but by the end of it, I hope you're as enthused about meditation in all its entirety as I am.
Before you begin
Before you begin advanced meditation, allow me to tell you, from firsthand experience, that you should not begin attempting this until you have been doing the beginner meditation for close to two weeks. From their, you can start advanced meditation, which will take a full thirty days to complete, three days for each of the ten stages. I'll post the beginning meditation here in case you forgot what that was, or just don't feel like looking back to a previous blog post.
Beginner Meditation
Sit criss crossed and close your eyes. Take a few moments and simply focus on your breathing, attempting to keep your mind clear and any racing thoughts under control. If any thoughts race by, don't try to fight them, just think it, let them pass, and focus on your breathing.
Imagine yourself as CEO of a major company, walking into an elevator on the top floor of a skyscraper. The doors open and you walk inside. On the right are ten floors, you push the button for floor one, and your journey begins. With each floor you go down, say to yourself the mantra "you are getting into a deeper, more relaxing state of meditation." Don't change floors until each exhale, and go slow, it takes a TON of patience to really get into the state of clear, intelligent bliss associated with meditation.
Once you get to the bottom floor, picture the elevator doors opening to a beach, one in which you walk over to the ocean, sit with your legs crossed and begin to meditate. Yes, a meditation inside a meditation, it's getting intense!
Okay so now, begin to clear your thoughts, and focus on total clarity of thought, and whatever it is that you need a solution to, would like to improve, or would like to silence within your mind.
It's your mind
It's your mind, and now it's open, explore it while in meditation, so that when you come out, you feel a sense of having accomplished something grand.
Coming Out of Meditation-The Energy Boost!
When you're ready to leave meditation (for beginners I suggest 15-20 minutes), simply wake yourself up on the beach, and walk back into the elevator, telling yourself with each floor up "you are getting more awake and alert." Once you get to the top, let the doors open to the room in which your meditating, and astral project into your body. Snap your fingers and open your eyes, you should feel at least some sense of being a genius after that "trip" you just went on.
And Now on to Advanced Meditation!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cross your legs, and start off just like you would beginner meditation (you will have to repeat beginner meditation before being in a deep enough state to go to advanced.) Once you complete beginner meditation, do not come out of it, instead, picture the you that is meditating on the beach. Go deep into the mind of that you, and picture yourself jogging down a hill, counting backwards from 1,000, with a new stage after each new 100.
Stage 1: Now, each stage will take three days before you can be comfortable with it and go on to the next, if you don't and you attempt it all at once, you'll most likely just end up falling asleep. Also, when counting backwards at this stage and beyond, try not to say the numbers in your head, just be mindful of how deep you are going by taking each number as a full breath (an inhale and an exhale.) P
icture yourself jogging down a hill into a giant onion. To get to the core of your mind, you have to jog to the center of the onion, which is only done by peeling back it's ten layers, (ten stages). As you jog down the first 100, imagine an actual falling sensation, and in the beginning, move your eyes towards the center of your forehead, right where your "mind's eye" (ability to visualize mental pictures within the brain) is. Once you get down the first 100, take a pause, and focus on clarity of thought, and inner relaxation.

Stage 2: Same technique for this, and all the stages, only this time, focus on gaining a perfect memory.
Stage 3: Focus on gaining perfect concentration
Stage 4: Focus on higher alertness when out of meditation
Stage 5: Focus on the dreams and goals you hold most dear to you
Stage 6: Focus on gaining an uncanny sense of confidence and belief in yourself
Stage 7: Imagine yourself in whatever career path, or lifestyle you'd like to be in right now
Stage 8: Focus on being mindful in everything you do
Stage 9: Concentrate on the center of your mind, and on your subconcsious mind, former dreams you still remember, and try to take yourself through an entire, life changing experience (or at least significant experience) that you've had.
Stage 10: Allow yourself to become the best version of yourself that YOU want to be, not what anyone else says you SHOULD be.

Focus on the core of your onion, truly awakening your brain, and enlightening yourself in your inner genius. If you've made it this far, you truly have a brilliant and dedicated mind, and your self, as well as the world, will some day thank you.
Do this all with binaural beats on for an even GREATER effect, or change the stages to something difficult your trying to learn and being more mindful of it (ie a foreign language!!!;)
Well what are you waitin for? Remember, the two keys to success are gettoitiveness and sticktoitiveness. So get to it and stick to it! The world thanks you:))
