The Cure
Things you'll need:
1. A jug of Gatorade, and a multivitamin bottle
2. A shower, A PIZZA
3. Phenylpiracetam
4. Melatonin
5. Running shoes
The moment you wake up, chug the entire bottle of gatorade, take two multivitamins and a melatonin, and go back to sleep for a few hours. Upon awakening, take 100 milligrams of phenylpiracetam and go for a long, slow jog. Eat the pizza and take a shower immediately upon returning home..your hangover has now been alleviated plus some:)
Gatorade- When you're hungover, a huge chunk of the symptoms are from dehydration. Chugging the gatorade will immediately help
dehydration, and refill you with the electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals that were depleted.
Multivitamins- Going out drinking all night, you're body is deprived of nutrients necessary to function at baseline. Double up on multivitamins for the day to help alleviate malnourishment symptoms.
Pizza- You're probably starving along with your hangover (once the nausea subsides), eat the pizza to get plenty of protein and carbs to help get rid of that growling belly.
Shower- The shower will refresh you, and give you a better sense of wakefulness, as well as allowing the blood to rush to your skin, alleviating "the shakes" commonly associated with a hangover.
Phenylpiracetam- Here's a big one, a large piece of a hangover that not many people know about is due to
dopamine receptor downregulation, as dopamine results in the pleasurable feeling of drunkenness. Phenylpiracetam increases dopamine in the brain, and gives a clarity of thought similar to that of coffee, only without the jitters. It also increases cold tolerance, which will eliminate ANY leftover feelings from that hangover.
Melatonin- The melatonin will help you sleep, another lack that causes the groginess of a hangover. Alcohol speeds up your heart rate, making it harder to enter REM sleep, making it much harder to feel refreshed in the morning. The melatonin will help you get some REM sleep in. (You can also take this before you go to bed after drinking to help you get some better sleep!)
Jogging- Jogging builds up endorphins, and also will allow you to take in more calories, just be sure not to overdo it (half a mile slowly at max:)
Sleep- Drinking sleep deprives you, so a two hour power nap can do wonders for your hangover.
Hangovers aren't that bad, and the best way to get rid of them is to never have them in the first place. Taking melatonin before bed, eating before bed, and also drinking one water, vitamin water, or gatorade for each drink you take, will help mitigate any effects of the hangover to its fullest extent. So sleep tight and get some gatorade:)
PRO TIP
(If you remember that day, drink a glass of water for every single alcoholic beverage you drink, this will make you less dehydrated and you will have almost no hangover the next day)
